These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Frontlines website and related services. Frontlines is part of CBLUE Apparel LLC. By accessing or using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

These Terms apply to browsing, interacting with content, submitting forms, subscribing to updates, and purchasing products through secure checkout associated with Frontlines.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate the rights of Frontlines, CBLUE Apparel LLC, other visitors, service providers, or third parties.

You may not misuse the website, interfere with site functionality, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information, scrape content without permission, or use the site in any way that could damage the brand, platform, or customer experience.

We make reasonable efforts to present products, descriptions, images, colors, and pricing as accurately as possible. However, actual colors and appearance may vary depending on screen settings, production differences, or product type.

Product availability, pricing, promotions, divisions, collections, and featured items may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to update or discontinue products, collections, and offers at our discretion.

Many Frontlines products are made to order. This means production begins after purchase rather than shipping from pre-stocked inventory.

Customers should review product descriptions, sizing, and shipping information before ordering. Eligible merchandise is covered by our 30-Day Returns & Exchanges policy.

Frontlines operates through a custom storefront experience, but purchases, checkout processing, payment handling, customer account access, and certain order management functions may be provided through our commerce and payment service providers.

When you complete a purchase, your transaction may be processed through our commerce infrastructure. By placing an order, you also understand that aspects of checkout, order records, payment processing, and account access may be governed by our commerce platform and related service providers.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, cancel, or review orders at our discretion, including cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, availability issues, duplicate orders, or misuse of promotions.

Prices shown on the site are subject to change without notice. Promotions, discounts, limited drops, and featured campaigns may be modified, paused, or discontinued at any time unless otherwise stated.

Eligibility for discounts, shipping offers, promotional codes, or membership-related benefits is determined by the terms of the specific offer. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse promotional use that appears abusive, fraudulent, or outside intended campaign rules.

Eligible merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of confirmed delivery. Original shipping packaging and retail tags are not required. Refunds and replacements follow receipt and inspection, except where Frontlines determines that a defective or incorrect item need not be returned. All content on this website, including branding, logos, graphics, product names, division names, collection names, designs, layouts, copy, images, code, and visual presentation, is owned by or used with permission by Frontlines and/or CBLUE Apparel LLC unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, exploit, or use site content without prior written permission, except for normal personal shopping use.

If you submit messages, reviews, inquiries, emails, feedback, or other content to Frontlines, you agree not to submit unlawful, abusive, defamatory, fraudulent, or infringing material.

We may use customer service submissions, feedback, and related communications for operational, support, quality control, and business improvement purposes, subject to applicable privacy practices.

This website may link to or interact with third-party platforms and services, including commerce platforms, payment processors, email platforms, analytics tools, social platforms, and other related CBLUE properties.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or practices of third-party platforms outside our direct control. Your use of those services may also be subject to their separate terms and policies.

This website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, absolute accuracy, or error-free operation at all times.

While we work to provide a high-quality experience, we make no guarantee that the website will always be secure, continuously available, or free from technical issues, delays, or service interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frontlines and CBLUE Apparel LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, purchases, delayed access, service interruption, third-party platform issues, or reliance on site content.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a product order, website use, or service interaction shall not exceed the amount paid, if any, for the specific product or transaction giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.
